You know how I said that the BE fit exercise was NOT THAT BAD?!!! I was WRONG. When I wrote the previous post, I had just finished the easy class which the exercise routine only lasted 20 minutes. Later on in the day, the trainer made us do a more intense training. Long story short, I can still feel teh burn in my legs and abs. We did like a bajillion squats, push-ups, V-ups (don't ask, I beg of you. The memories are too painful), side-ups, back extensions, hip extensions, supermans, and many other torture activities. Not only that, but I have been waking up at 6 am to go to training. Just today, I woke up practically before the sun was up to go to the waterfall. Don't get me wrong, the waterfall was beautiful and everything, but it was really cold, and I was really sleepy. Anyway, please pray for my muscles (0.0) and although it was quite tiring, this program was really great!
