A couple months ago, my mom had decided that we were going to go to this fitness program during Valentine's day weekend. I hadn;t really worried about it until Friday 13th. Half against my will, we left our comfy house and drove 2 hours to up-state New York. I thought I was going to die. Our teacher was a Nationally certified personal trainer, a Dahn Mu Do Black belt, AND a Dahn Yoga Master. Not only that, but we were going to have to eat vegan food for the whole weekend. I hate to say it, but I was wrong. Although our teacher made us do a bunch of squats and push-ups, it wasn't THAT bad. And surprisingly enough, the vegan food is actually REALLY good. For example, for lunch we just had whole-grain wraps (filled with lots of veggies), steamed broccolli,carrots, and sweet potatoes, and fresh fruit. It was really good, and it gave me lots of energy. We had little half hour breaks in-between each session, so my mom and I decided to have a little fun. During every break, we stripped off our clothes, and went into the sauna room. It felt SO GOOD. Not only that, but all my pores opened up, and My blackheads went away (Kate, this sentence is for you). Ayway, I am having lots of fun (kinda) and, surprisingly, being really healthy. *By the way, BE stands for Brain Education
