The Magic Gift Card Room

This is beyond bizzarre. My room belongs in a TV show. You know, like in Dragon Ball Z, they have that room where a person goes inside and trains for a year, and they come back out to find that only a day has passed. My room is special. In the last week, I have found two giftcards that are active, that total to about $25. Can you believe it? The first card I found when I was looking for something under my bed, and the second card I found on my bed side table that I had disregarded earlier as trash. This is unbelieveable. What's even better is that it is a Sarah torture item because they are not gift cards to anything stupid like Walgreens. they are both from BOOK STORES. One from Barnes & Noble, and the other from Borders. Sarah, don't cry, it will be OK.

After days, and weeks, and months, I have defeated them. The impenetrable army. I have snuck the wooden horse into the walls of troy. My blackheads are gone!!!!!! I had searched for hours on the internet on how to rid my face of ugly black clogged pores. But that is beside the point. The point of this post was to inform other unfortunate blackhead hosts.

Don't bothers steaming your face, scrubbing, or buying loads of products--they DO NOT work, trust me. You have two options. A) Get a facial and B) use mud mask and squeeze the blackheads away after the mask has hardened. It is WONDERFUL. I had the most stubborn blackhead EVER. In the beginning, I squeezed so hard and much that it almost peeled the skin. but after I did the mask, I guess the stuff rose to the top, and it all came out. WONDERFUL.

I don't care if you think this is TMI. It is AWESOME, and you would know if you ever had blackheads!!!!

The Teachers Squad strikes again

It has happened. The unthinkable. It was all very well and funny when Sarah was the sole target. But now they have taken it too far. When you read this, don't scream. Just feel sorry for me and Sarah. We had a seat change. To say the least, Sarah and I got stuck with T0m@$. I know, scary. By the way, if you are wondering why I didnt just type out the person's name, I am following Sarah's theory that if the dreaded word is mentioned, the air (or website) will be polluted. What has happend to this world? Sarah being stuck with T0m@$ in 3 out of 4 possible classes. My seating arrangements are even worse, most of the time. Every time we get a seat change, I get stuck with an idiot. I think the the teachers are out to get us because we bug them so much about getting quizzes back. That is my case. If you disagree with the horrifying thing the teachers are doing in revenge, leave a comment. Maybe I will even do what Dakota and Darcy keep dong-- a pettition. NOT.

OMG!!!! I'm so freaked out. My history day project is due tomorrow. AHHHHHHHHHHH. Sorry. I can't help it. I'M SCARED!!!! We have been working on these projects for months, but over the last couple of weeks I realized something. THIS IS GONNA TAKE LOTS OF WORK AND STRESS. I'm building an exhibit and now I just have to glue the stuffo onto the piece of cardboard. Thank goodness, but still, NHD is driving me nuts. Like, yesterday, my mom had to drive me everywhere to find stupid cheap grey paint. HOR-RI-BLE!!!! National History Day, in my opinion is a waste of time. No offense Mr. Hogan, but NHD is not as fun as you think.

Even the Greek gods are affected by the economy

You can't lay off a god, but you can reduce his salary and cut his hours; in half. Now, the gods of greek myths are looking for work. Some, like Zeus, Poseidon, and Demeter have found part-time jobs. Zeus and his siblings are now known (on the weekdays) as the Project god trio. They control the success of Middle School projects and presentations. I hope now with two jobs, The gods can afford there rent for Mt. Olympus...

Anyway, the reason for this post was to write a letter asking for mercy from the project gods. Here goes everything...

Dear Project god trio,

I need your help desperatley!!! There is this stupid, oops, I mean wonderful project due this month called National History Day. I made a HUGE mistake. I am working alone. Anyway, it is due in 11 days, and I am scared as hell, I mean Tartarus. I have nothing done, excep for a REALLY basic plan. I don't even have a "script" done yet. Please wonderful gods, smile upon me on March 25 and help me make my project A+ worthy.

Fashionista Speaking: Guess Whats Making a Comeback From the 90's?

Right now, I am truly scared. Even Ms. Feng doesn't scare me like what I am about to tell you. Knee high socks are apparently making a "comeback". You know what, scratch that. Forget the title of this post. It is wrong. No such ugly thing is making a comeback. Only the fashionably impaired would wear such a thing write?

Hmmm... I guess that would make the infamous "N" fashionably so. This happend a couple days ago, I just forgot to post (sorry). anyway, I walked into school and see the "most popular" (atleast by her standards) girl in school, who is supposedly all fashion as (yeah right) wearing the most unforgivable thing I have ever seen. *Note only read on if you are willing to be traumatized. A long sleeve T-shirt that imitated a soccer jersey, basketball shorts, and *gulp* knee highs. You heard right, knee socks. This is horrifying. I mean, some things from the past are not horrible. Leggings and scrunchies for example. But knee high socks should have had it's funeral YEARS ago. I don't understand the look of them at all. There is nothing that looks good with these socks. And they itch too.

YAY!!! MATH MANIA!!!!

To all who did not realize I was not serious, I wasn't. I'ts called sarcasm peoples. God, I hate math. It is SO STUPID. No sane person likes math, Sarah doesn't count (she's not sane, too much violin and left brain thinking :P). It is horrible. It is not that math is hard or anything, in fact it's quite the opposite. Math is boring because the problems are so easy and tiresome. They take forever and waste time. Even games in math are not that fun because I get paired with idiots (that't not really saying anything because the whole class consists of idiots, except for a select few). We had to play Math Mania today, which is like Jeopardy. It was horrific. I spent the whole half period (like 30 minutes) sitting there. I HATE MATH!!!

If you watch Project Runway, you probably remeber the spunky and cute 21 year old, Christian Siriano. Well, he recently released his new line. It was inspired by Egyptian (odd how that happens when we are studying ancient egypt in school) and northern African culture. It is amazing. Same as always, Christian's line was elegant, chic, and AMAZING. Not only that, but he is now designing SHOES!!! Yes, you read right, SHOES. Not crazy expensive shoes though. The Siriano shoes are going to be sold at Payless. Although I could never wear such high heels, these shoes are the bomb. Anyway, i'll catch you later. Stay cool, confident, and always be Fashionably Artistic.

I WILL NOT go to National History Day!!! I really don't want to go! I don't have the time, the enthusiasm, the time, the time or the time. You don't even know if my project will be that good, so that can't be the reason. Besides, you have Sarah Cheng to bring a prize back for HPMS if that's what you're after. AHHHHH!!! I was WRONG!!!

You know how I said that the BE fit exercise was NOT THAT BAD?!!! I was WRONG. When I wrote the previous post, I had just finished the easy class which the exercise routine only lasted 20 minutes. Later on in the day, the trainer made us do a more intense training. Long story short, I can still feel teh burn in my legs and abs. We did like a bajillion squats, push-ups, V-ups (don't ask, I beg of you. The memories are too painful), side-ups, back extensions, hip extensions, supermans, and many other torture activities. Not only that, but I have been waking up at 6 am to go to training. Just today, I woke up practically before the sun was up to go to the waterfall. Don't get me wrong, the waterfall was beautiful and everything, but it was really cold, and I was really sleepy. Anyway, please pray for my muscles (0.0) and although it was quite tiring, this program was really great!

A couple months ago, my mom had decided that we were going to go to this fitness program during Valentine's day weekend. I hadn;t really worried about it until Friday 13th. Half against my will, we left our comfy house and drove 2 hours to up-state New York. I thought I was going to die. Our teacher was a Nationally certified personal trainer, a Dahn Mu Do Black belt, AND a Dahn Yoga Master. Not only that, but we were going to have to eat vegan food for the whole weekend. I hate to say it, but I was wrong. Although our teacher made us do a bunch of squats and push-ups, it wasn't THAT bad. And surprisingly enough, the vegan food is actually REALLY good. For example, for lunch we just had whole-grain wraps (filled with lots of veggies), steamed broccolli,carrots, and sweet potatoes, and fresh fruit. It was really good, and it gave me lots of energy. We had little half hour breaks in-between each session, so my mom and I decided to have a little fun. During every break, we stripped off our clothes, and went into the sauna room. It felt SO GOOD. Not only that, but all my pores opened up, and My blackheads went away (Kate, this sentence is for you). Ayway, I am having lots of fun (kinda) and, surprisingly, being really healthy. *By the way, BE stands for Brain Education

Newest Disease: W.C.S.

Recently dicovered, Weirdo Crazy Syndrome, otherwise known as W.C.S. is a highly contagious virus. It causes people, mainly 6th grade girls with a name that starts with "L", to fall in love with weirdos, perverts, and idiots. Symptoms include a desire for oneself and friends to sit with said weirdo at lunch, a desire for oneself and friends to "get to know" said weirdo, and sudden changes of crush, although all remain weirdos. Research for W.C.S. is being done as we speak, but a cure has not been reached yet. Until a cure has been reached, I would advise avoiding people that exhibit these symptoms. If you find that you just cannot avoid said people, practice extreme caution around them.

Fashionista Speaking: News Flash, Pajamas are for SLEEPING

This is SO retarded. You wear pajamas to bed right? That's what I thought until about 3 weeks ago. There are these SUPER annoying and stupid girls in my school that would probably jump off a cliff if a certain jerk would notice them. This jerk is not even that great. He's perverted for one, annoyying, mean, jerkish, and I hate to judge him like this, but UGLY. Anyway, these girls decided they wanted to make a "fashion stament". So they all started wearing fleece PJ bottoms over their jeans to school. It was to most ridiculous thing I EVER saw. What do say about this use of PJs other than sleeping? Hot or NOT? By the way, I hope you know that I think this fad is NOT, otherwise you need some help.

I'm Gonna Get Kate

OMG!!!! I tend to get A+ in everything. So when Kate jeapordized my grade, I was ready to kill her. The other day, we had a French project due. It was a family tree and I thought that it was an easy A+. I would have been right if I h ad not listened to Miss Kate over here. The day before the project was due, I was putting on the final touches. I just had to go over my words with ink. Kate was online and I asked her a simple question. How do u spell "a" in French, "a" or "as". Kate said "as". I asked her to check in her notebook. She told me she was confident. I probably asked her if she was sure 20 times. Finally, I used the pen to finalize the words, and it was done. Two days later, I get my beautifuly designed and executed project with a million red pen marks on it. I GOT AN 80!!! That project counted for 1/4 of my grade!!! Fortunatley, I got about 95-100 in all the other catergories, so it evened out to an A but I should have gotten an A+.

The only problem is that I only have one pair of converse that I can agfford to cut up. Fashionista Speaking: Handbag Obsession

I've gone crazy over my recycled materials handbags. For the past couple of weeks, I have been making these super cool bags that are mad out of everyday materials. Like clothing that doesn't fit anymore, bandanas, sometimes even trash, like empty juice pouches. Anything can become something new and creative, you just have to think "Fashionably Artistic" and it will come to you. I made a total of 3 bags, and I am working on the 4th. But my favorite one of all is my former pair of jeans. It is AWESOME. I cannot believe that it was so easy to make. We finally switched seats on Friday, and I am so HAPPY!!! Now, lets start from the beginning of the story. About two months ago, my science teacher decided to switch the seats in my science class. I was very content with my seat because the people I sat with were not annoying. Then, my science teacher (let's call him Mr. "C"), drops the bomb. I am to sit with the most annoying people in the WHOLE SCHOOL. It was a a sad sad day.

I was at the bottom of the food chain before, having the worst possible seat in my class, possibly in the whole school. My friend, Kate, had the best seat ever. Everybody at her table were girls, and they were realtively quiet. As I thought about it, I realised that once we changed seats, I could only move up the food chain, and Kate could only move down.

Mr. "C" mentioned moving the seats last Monday. I was beyond excited. But before long, the combination of knowing how slow Mr. "C" workes at these types of things (he takes for ever to return quizzes, tests, and projects), and that nothing was happening in class regarding the seats, made me realise that I was going to have to push Mr. "C" to switch the seeats ASAP. My other friend, Sarah, and I always want our grades back ASAP, so we stared bugging all of our teachers on purpose to get our wuiz scores back. I, in particular am notorious for pestering teachers for grades. So, every time I got, I asked Mr. "C" to change the seats. Eventually, Mr. "C" got to work, and I was saved from torture.

I ended up sitting next to all girls (sound familiar?) and they were all relatively nice and agreeable ( I hope you get my point!!!) Kate, on the other hand, ended up with the most annoying girl in school's best friend, who I must say is equally annoying. Not only that, but she also got stuck with a 7 eleven mouth. That's right, a person that needs to get his lips hot-glued together. This was better than I had hoped for. Not only did I travel up, but I made it to the top of the food chain!!! Unfortunatley for Kate, whe switched spots with me (bottom of the food chain)

I survived being at the bottom of the food chain (no thanks to Sarah, who encouraged annoying people to annoy me) but we should all pray for Kate nontheless.

Finally, after so many snow storms, our school is letting us have a snowday!!! It is so not fun to have to go to school while all my friends in neighboring counties and town get to stay at home and sip their hot cocoa. I don't know what I am going to do today... Maybe i'll draw, or watch television, or chat on the computer.... But the most important thing to do right now is to go get a cup of hot chocolate, or in the words of my french teacher, chocolat chaud, and snuggle on my couch. L8ter!
